• Initiation Fee: $2,000 (one-time, non-proratable)
• Annual Dues & Fees: $1,375 per year (proratable)

Moorage Rental
A Flexible and Affordable Option
Our open moorage rental slips are perfect for boaters who want to enjoy the club without the commitment of ownership. Each slip comes with a dock box, individual light pedestals, and access to water and power.
• Cost: $75/month (payable annually)
• Includes: Dock box, water, power, and lighting
• Availability: Contact our Docks Director for availability and to schedule a tour.
Moorage Ownership
Secure Your Spot with a Privately-Owned Slip or Boathouse
Owning a moorage slip at CIYC offers long-term peace of mind and the ultimate in convenience. Each covered slip is part of a modern, concrete-and-steel dock system that provides maximum stability and comfort. A Boathouse at CIYC offers the ultimate in convenience, security and lower maintenance for your boat. Boathouses are privately owned.

• Ownership Benefits: Full control of your slip, priority access to club amenities
• Availability: Privately owned slips and boathouses regularly come up for sale.
Visiting boaters from reciprocal yacht clubs are always welcome at CIYC. Our guest moorage area offers 240 feet of dock space for vessels up to 120 feet in length. We provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including power, water, and access to our clubhouse facilities.
• Location: Northeast end of Clover Island Bay
• Dock Depth: 10-12 feet
• Maximum Boat Length: 120 feet
• Length of Stay: 3 days (longer stays available with Board approval)
• Power: 30A/110V hookups available for $3/day (up to 40 feet) or $6/day (over 41 feet)
• Amenities: Showers, laundry, Wi-Fi, BBQ areas, and fuel/pumpout stations
Our marina facilities were fully upgraded in 2012, offering boaters modern, stable, and secure docks. Whether you’re renting a slip or purchasing one, you’ll enjoy the convenience of power, water, and dockside amenities right at your fingertips.
