At Clover Island Yacht Club, we offer a wide range of top-tier facilities designed to make your time on the water as enjoyable and convenient as possible. Whether you’re a club member, a guest, or a visiting boater from a reciprocal yacht club, you’ll find everything you need at our state-of-the-art clubhouse and marina.
Our clubhouse, built in 2009, is a hub of comfort, relaxation, and convenience. Boaters and guests enjoy access to all of the following amenities:
A large, modern clubhouse with plenty of room to relax, socialize, or host events.
Whether you’re prepping a meal or enjoying a BBQ, the clubhouse has everything you need to cook up something delicious.
Kick back in our lounge with cozy seating, a wide-screen TV, and Wi-Fi for your convenience.
Freshen up after a long day on the water with access to clean, well-maintained shower facilities and laundry.
Reciprocal yacht club members are always welcome at CIYC! Our guest moorage facilities are well-equipped to make your stay enjoyable and hassle-free.
• 240 Feet of Guest Moorage Space
Located at the northeast end of Clover Island Bay, our guest dock can accommodate boats up to 120 feet long.
• Power & Water Hookups
Keep your boat powered and refreshed with 30A/110V electrical hookups and water available right on the dock. Power rates are $3/day for boats up to 40 feet and $6/day for boats 41 feet and over.
• Fuel & Pumpout Station
Convenient fuel options (92 octane non-ethanol unleaded & diesel) and a pump out station are available to keep your vessel ready for the next adventure.
• Restrooms, Showers & Laundry
Guests have access to clean shower and restroom facilities as well as on-site laundry to make your stay more comfortable.

Our marina offers a full range of services for your boating needs:
• Fuel Station: Offering both 92 octane non-ethanol unleaded and diesel fuels.
• Pump out Station: Located conveniently on the fuel dock.
• Dockside Amenities: Power, water, and ice are available for all guests and members.
• Garbage Disposal: Located in the southeast corner of the parking lot.
Whether you’re stopping by for fuel or planning a longer stay, our facilities ensure you have everything you need.
Every Friday night at 6 pm, we host a community BBQ for all members and guests. Bring your own main dish to grill, along with a side or dessert to share. It’s the perfect opportunity to relax, enjoy some good food, and connect with other boaters in a laid-back, friendly environment.
